Back again for 2020 – Decora Park’s Subdivision Decorating Contest! Winner will be chosen by the HOA Board with a $50 Visa Gift Card as the prize! Please be sure to have all of your decorations, effects and lights up by October 30th for the HOA Board to go around the subdivision and pick their favorite winner. Winner to be announced on Halloween!
Due to the bad weather predicted tomorrow evening, the Food Truck Day for Decora Park has been shifted to Wednesday, August 5th! Please plan your dinner schedules accordingly!
I’m very excited to announce that we will be hosting a “Food Truck Day” every Monday evening from 4:30pm to 7:30pm* right by the Gazebo! Bring your family and order dinner from a rotating food truck which will be present each Monday evening (except Labor Day) through November 9th!
*note: 4:30pm to 7:30pm or until food runs out

Decora Park Annual Halloween Decorating Contest! Now that the Summer Bash is over, it’s time to start planning for Halloween! As you may or may not know, Halloween is a big deal in this subdivision! Easily plan for 500+ kids! As such, the Board of Directors want to encourage co-owners to decorate for Halloween!
The week before Halloween, We’ll post an official picture submission thread. Post pictures of your decorated house for judging by October 30th. The HOA Board will pick a winner by November 3rd.
Winner will receive a Visa gift card for $50!
