When Decora Park was originally being developed, the subdivision was developed by two builders: Lombardo and American Heartland. You can tell which houses are American Heartland based on the shape of their garage. American Heartland houses have a “rounded rectangle” shaped garage where as Lombardo’s houses in Decora Park are rectangular with 90 degree angles.
