I’m very excited to announce that we will be hosting a “Food Truck Day” every Monday evening from 4:30pm to 7:30pm* right by the Gazebo! Bring your family and order dinner from a rotating food truck which will be present each Monday evening (except Labor Day) through November 9th!
*note: 4:30pm to 7:30pm or until food runs out

Hi everyone! I put together the following PDF file to explain the modification process for all of our new neighbors in the subdivision! Hopefully this will help answer some of the commonly asked questions.
Decora Park Annual Halloween Decorating Contest! Now that the Summer Bash is over, it’s time to start planning for Halloween! As you may or may not know, Halloween is a big deal in this subdivision! Easily plan for 500+ kids! As such, the Board of Directors want to encourage co-owners to decorate for Halloween!
The week before Halloween, We’ll post an official picture submission thread. Post pictures of your decorated house for judging by October 30th. The HOA Board will pick a winner by November 3rd.
Winner will receive a Visa gift card for $50!
This Saturday, September 14th, is our HOA’s annual End of Summer Bash! It will be held at the Gazebo from Noon to 4pm. We’ll have bounce houses, glitter art, balloon artist, and we’ll even have NHFD with their truck for the kids to check out! 🙂 C’mon out and have a good time!

We do acknowledge that a very serious mistake was made by one of the departments in our client shared service center and we take full responsibility for it.
You are accustomed to receiving quarterly statements and understandably, you have that expectation. By law, the association is not required to send out coupon books or statements for their Co-owners to pay their dues but is rather a courtesy extended to you. Therefore, you are still required to pay your dues on time. Please be sure to send your payments in to the address that Brian provided to you in his announcement. Include your account number on your check to avoid a misplaced payment. I have been informed that statements were sent by expedited mail to all co-owners at no charge, so you should be receiving those statements soon. Our annual co-owners meeting is scheduled for April 30th at 6:30pm at New Haven Elementary
2018 has come to an end and our financial report is in. Overall, the HOA dealt with a lot of budget overages but thankfully pay offs from delinquencies outweighed the overages resulting in the HOA budget being $1,600 in the black at the end of the year.
