The 2018-2019 Decora Park HOA Board:

Decora Park’s Annual HOA Co-Owners meeting will be held on April 25th at New Haven Elementary. We’ll open the doors at 6:30pm and will have pizza and pop/water available for dinner. The meeting will start at 7pm. Lombardo has also generously donated a $150 giftcard to be raffled off at the meeting! You should be receiving a mailed notice of the meeting within the next few days. We’re also kicking off a bylaw amendment proposal to allow above-ground pools in the subdivision. We’ll kick off ballot collection at the meeting on the 25th and voting will take place for 90 days. Please plan to attend and vote! Last, but not least, we will have three (3) seats on the HOA Board that we’ll be voting on as well. If you’re interested in joining the HOA Board, please contact a board member or fill out the nomination form that will arrive with the mailing this week.

The Annual Tree Lighting at the Gazebo will be December 2nd at 6pm! Snack and refreshments will be provided by the HOA! Come mingle with your neighbors while we light up the tree and celebrate another holiday season.

Food and a beautiful decorated model – who could ask for more? Stop by and tour the Ludington this Saturday, July 29 from 11AM – 5PM at 32447 Arlington Dr., New Haven, MI 48048.

The board has updated the exterior trim architectural guidelines to include a minimum lap for vinyl/hardie siding. The new guidelines can be found in the Architectural Guidelines page.

The 1st subdivision garage sale this year will be Thursday through Saturday, May 18th through the 20th. Lots of homes participating – if you’d like to participate please click “Read More” and then fill out the form to be added.
