Reminder: Annual HOA Meeting!
Just a reminder – Our Annual HOA Meeting is Wednesday, May 3rd at 7pm in New Haven Elementary’s Library! Please plan to attend as it’s the one chance every year for everyone to meet with the board, vote on issues, and voice concerns. If you cannot attend, please use the proxy form which was mailed to you earlier in the month to give your voting rights to someone else who will be attending.

January 2017 Financial Statement Posted
January 2017 Financial Report has been posted. This financial report is our first report from Kramer Triad and I believe everyone will be able to see the drastic improvement in quality of the report. Note that when you’re reviewing the expenses report, the first column is actual spending (much of which is $0) and the middle column is Budgeted (Annual Budget $ / 12).
Bylaw Amendment Voting
Hi everyone,
You should have received, or will be receiving shortly, a mailing from Associa Kramer Triad regarding proposed amendments to our Bylaws. Please take the time to fill out and vote — it only takes 3-4 minutes at most! If you’d like to hand-deliver your ballot to a board member instead of mailing, you can deliver it to Brian Meissen’s house, first house next to New Haven Elementary. Ballots are due by March 17th so please get them in ASAP!
